Welcome to the blog of Dmitrii and Eduard!
First of all we will introduce ourselves in order to know a little bit about us.
Dmitrii is a telecommunications engineer with many years of experience in the television broadcast sector, he studied at St. Petersburg University and at the Military school.
Eduard is an Aerospace Systems Engineer and a student of the General Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering.
We have both started this year the Master in Applications and Technologies for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drones) in the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya as it is the path we want to follow in the future. We are passionate of this kind of technologies and we want to learn more about Drones.
About the blog
In this Blog we will explain all the steps we are developing in order to carry out the Project of this Master. This project is based on different phases:
- Phase 1: Assembly, configuration and first flight tests of the Drone.
- Phase 2: Application of concepts developed in the different subjects taught during the first semester, some of whose practices will use the drone platform.
- Phase 3: Demonstration of the basic mission in the DroneLab.
- Phase 4: Implementation of the advanced mission, which delves into some specific aspect of the basic mission.
So, through this Blog, all the tasks carried out for each phase will be explained, along with photos and videos and even the problems that have arisen throughout the project and how we have solved them.
